The Three Stay Safe Principles

1. Observe

2. Report
   • Inform your team and dispatch via radio of the situation.

3. Withdraw
   • If the risk is too great, prioritize your safety and remove yourself from immediate danger.
   • Reposition to a safer area while maintaining observation of the situation.
   • Continue to communicate updates with your team and control room.
